If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, we will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date at our online boutique, for merchandise purchased at our store locations, refund in 7 days and exchange in 14 days. However, please keep in mind that customers are responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a traceable service and keeping track of the shipment.
Merchandise must be unused, returned in original condition along with all original tags and receipt. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases of full prices items made between November 25, 2016 and December 25, 2016, can be returned until January 7, 2017.
